When you contact us via the request form, by phone or via WhatsApp we process the data you provide yourself: name, phone number, email address, location of the property, a description of your situation, desired timing and possibly photos. For professional requests also company name and role. In addition, with your consent, we collect technical data via cookies for statistics.

Purpose of processing

We use your data to respond to your request, prepare an estimate or proposal and carry out the agreed work. Photos help us better assess the scope of an assignment.

Retention period

We do not keep data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and for as long as statutory retention periods require.
