General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all services of I.G.P. bv (Igor Gastmans Projects) — Clean Estate Service, IJzerenpoortkaai 3 box 93, 2000 Antwerp, company number BE 1033.873.510.

Applicability

By accepting an assignment, the client accepts these terms. Deviations apply only if they have been agreed in writing.

Offer and agreement

Every assignment is tailor-made. After an initial discussion and, where necessary, an on-site visit, a concrete estimate and proposal follow. The agreement is concluded once the client has confirmed that proposal.

Prices

Prices are determined per assignment on the basis of, among other things, the quantity of contents, the type of home, accessibility, the working hours required, the amount of waste and the location. There are no fixed package prices.

Payment

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. In the event of late payment, statutory default interest is due.

Execution and handover

Work is carried out in accordance with the agreements made and the achievable timing. The property is handed over broom-clean, unless otherwise agreed. I.G.P. does not offer temporary storage.

Sorting and personal arrangements

What is kept, removed or set aside is agreed in advance with the client and recorded.

Liability

I.G.P. is only liable for direct damage caused by a demonstrable error in execution, and limited to the amount of the assignment concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Antwerp district. See also our privacy policy.
